Site clearance for new development at old American Adventure Theme Park, Derbyshire

67 acres of abandoned parkland to clear in just 5 weeks! What a job! With 15 people on site working 10 heavy site clearance machines, including 360 mulchers, 360 tree sheers, whole tree chippers, forestry mulchers, skidders, chainsaws, and a fleet of biomass trailers taking away the woodchip, Stump Cutters was commisioned to reinvigorate and clear this iconic park in Ilkestone, Derbyshire. We were asked to clear the site of problematic vegetation such as heavy regrowth and conifers, plus remove trees, tree roots and tree stumps prior to groundworks commencing for new housing construction development.
